How do I place an order for lights?
To order, please email sales@wilandco.com and we will happily assist you.
Due to the nature of our fixtures being made to order, all orders require full payment up front.
Do the fixtures come with light bulbs?
All of our fixtures ship with one set of working light bulbs. All fixtures use standard light bulbs and all bulb requirements are noted on the tear sheets provided. Most hardware stores, lighting stores and or bulb suppliers will carry the specified light bulbs when and if replacements are needed.
When will my order ship?
Normal lead times for fixtures shipped within Canada are 4-6 weeks. International orders ship within 6-8 weeks.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the fact that our fixtures are hand-made and made to order, Wil & Co. does not offer refunds or exchanges on any orders.
Do the materials vary from fixture to fixture?
Many of the materials used in our fixtures are natural and have organic qualities and may therefore result in slight variations from fixture to fixture. We believe this adds to the unique beauty and sophistication of our fixtures and further enhances their handmade nature and uniqueness. It will not be considered an acceptable reason to reject a fixture.
Etched opal glass – Our glass has been individually hand blown and may therefore have slight inconsistencies and variation in thickness
Solid Brass – we have applied a hand mottled finish to all solid brass components, which creates a beautiful dark and rich patina. There will be slight variation from piece to piece, as the hand made finish is unique to each part.
Natural Jute & Rope – This material will have variation in thickness as well as loose fibres, which is the naturally occurring texture of jute and rope.
How do I clean my fixture?
Etched opal glass – Dust gently with a soft cloth or duster. Do not scrub or use abrasive chemicals. For removable glass, parts can be washed carefully in warm water and dried with a clean cloth.
Matte and/or Polished Acrylic – Dust gently with a soft cloth or duster. Do not scrub or use abrasive chemicals. May use warm water and damp cloth to gently wipe down.
Solid Brass – There is a light layer of lacquer on the brass to help seal and prevent future marks. Dust gently or use a damp rag to remove debris. Do not use cleaning products.
Natural Jute – Dust gently with a duster. Do not use a rag, cloth, cleaning agent or chemical on the jute.
Jute Rope – Dust gently with a duster. Do not use a rag, cloth, cleaning agent or chemical on the jute.

All Wil & Co. fixtures are designed to be installed by a certified electrician. We provide installation instructions, light bulbs and all necessary hardware for each fixture. Please reference the tear sheets provided for weight requirements and ensure all ceilings and walls are properly suitable for each fixture.
